Mind Your Business, Inc. (MYBINC) has been at the fore font of Pre-employment, Background Investigate Services since its conception. Started by entrepreneur Karen Caruso in 1996, MYBINC has been nurtured and developed in the last fourteen years by Karen and her team, and is now recognized as one of the most influential organizations in the industry.
So why start a blog now? In the last couple of years, whilst many companies have suffered due to the apparant financial and economic downturn, MYBINC has thrived. Karen Caruso’s unwavering belief and positive thinking has led the organization to a new level of success and respect within the business world. It is this positive outlook on life, and belief that anything is possible, that Karen attributes her success to. Such a notion is more widely known as The Law of Attraction. It is the idea that thinking, speaking and living your life in a positive way causes positive effects on your life in return. Put simply, you are a magnet, attracting all things to you via the signal you are emitting through your thoughts and feelings: think positive, and positive things will happen to you. This blog will go on to discuss how important a principle this is in MYBINC’s business ethic, as well as the role is plays in both the companys day-to-day existence and in Karen’s personal life.
As a company that originated in the basement of Karen’s home with just her, a laptop and $2000, the position they find themselves in now is a story of true success. 2010 sees Karen nominated for the Athena Award and the State Small Business Person of the Year Award, as well as seeing Mind Your Business, Inc. nominated for the Small Business Administration Award for Western North Carolina. It is such success and recent leaps in progression that has inspired this blog – a place for us to keep you informed of what’s happening at MYBINC.
