New government contract for MYB
Equal Employment Opportunity program (EEO). MYB now has the duty to “collect and discover factual information concerning the allegations in the complaint under investigation and to prepare an investigative summary”. In short, they must investigate complaints made by employees regarding unfair discrimination and submit their results to the courts. The purpose of these investigations is to determine whether unlawful discrimination has occurred. A significant duty for the investigator and a role the MYB is proud to be responsible for. Once again, Karen Caruso and MYB continue to defy the pessimism of the majority during this era of economic uncertainty and move forward with belief and optimism.]]>
