The service charges those that request help $15 per hour in order to fund the employment service, which also donates $1 to the Wounded Warrior Project — a service for veterans who have been wounded in combat — for every hour of work completed. In addition, all “employers” undergo background checks so that the teenage “employees” and their parents can be assured of safety.
