3 MYB employees become TSA trusted agents

HENDERSONVILLE, NC — Four MYB employees — Jen Adams, Lauren McIntyre, Sherry Willis, and Antje Owens — have become certified trusted agents for the Transportation Security Administration, and are now contracted with MorphoTrust and Universal Enrollment Services to perform TSA pre-checks, HAZMAT Endorsement (HME) and Transportation Worker Identification Credential(TWIC) enrollment. The TSA is transitioning some of its security threat assessment programs to MorphoTrust, a company that partners with state and federal agencies to provide identity solutions and services that protect the American people. Enrollment in these programs requires agents to provide fingerprints, photographs and identity documentation. Adams, McIntyre and Owens also received TWIC certification, a security program that ensures that only those that do not pose a threat have access to secure areas of the maritime transportation system. “We look forward to having an opportunity to work with MorphoTrust by providing a much needed service in Western North Carolina,” said Adams, who is the Vice President of Pre-Employment Screening and Background Checks at MYB. MYB will be expanding its services in 2015 to include a management program for TWIC enrollment for companies and agencies where workers are required to have TWIC credentials.
